This is to inform the general public that Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (ABU) have released the academic calendar for 2021/2022 session. In the academic calendar comprise the breakdown of activities for first and second semester.

ABU Zaria Academic Calendar
The Senate of Ahmadu Bello University has approved the modification of the 2021/2022 Academic Session Calendar following the 4-week break for the 2023 general elections. The Calendar was approved at the 520 Senate (Regular) Meeting held today (Thursday, 23 March, 2023) as captured in the table below:

- TUESDAY, 3 JAN.. 2023 – TUESDAY, 21 FEB. 2023 > LECTURES
- WED. 22 FEB. 2023 > TUESDAY, 21 MARCH, 2023 > ELECTION BREAK
- MONDAY, 20 MARCH, 2023 – THURSDAY. 6TH APRIL, 2023 > LECTURES
- FRIDAY, 7TH APRIL, 2023 – MONDAY, 10 APRIL, 2023 > EASTER BREAK
- TUESDAY. 11 APRIL, 2023 -WEDNESDAY, 19 APRIL, 2023 > LECTURES
- THURSDAY, 20 APRIL 2023 – MONDAY, 24 APRIL 2023 > EID-EL FITR BREAK
- TUESDAY, 25TH APRIL, 2023 – SATURDAY, 13 MAY, 2023 > FIRST SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS.
