Akwa Ibom Poly postpones Matriculation Ceremony, 2022/2023. The orientation date has been announced.
This is to inform all registered students (NDI Full-time & Evening/Part-time) and indeed the Polytechnic Community that the 28th Matriculation earlier scheduled for Wednesday, 5th April, 2023 has been postponed to Wednesday, 12th April, 2023 in the Polytechnic Convocation Ground by 11.00am

The postponement became necessary to enable students who have not yet paid their fees to do same, in order to participate in the 28th Matriculation.
Please note that only students who have paid fees and registered in their respective Departments would be allowed to take part in the 2022/2023 Matriculation.
All the affected students should note that they have already paid for the gowns.
All Matriculants are required to sign the Matriculation Register at the office of the Dean of Schools after the Matriculation.
Please be properly guided.
Note: Give this circular the widest publicity it deserves.
Fresh Graduates are to register in their various Departments, to be qualified to take part in the forth-coming matriculation Ceremony.
The Authorities congratulate all students concerned and wish them success in their academics.
2022/2023 ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR THE INSTITUTION’S FRESHMEN
I am directed to inform you that the Orientation Programme for all NDI Full-Time, Part-Time Programme and HNDI Students admitted in the 2022/2023 Academic Session has been scheduled to hold as follows:
- Date: Monday, 3rd April, 2023
- Time:9.00 am prompt
- Venue: Assembly Hall
Consequently, all freshmen are by this notice directed to be seated in the venue before 9.00 am. Please note that Monday 3rd April, 2023 have been declared Lectures/Test free day.
Attendance is mandatory for all freshmen.
