The management of the Emmanuel Alayande College of Education (EACOED), Oyo in affiliation with Ekiti State University (EKSU) has announced the final screening details for the 2022/2023 academic session newly admitted degree students.

EACOED (in Affiliation with EKSU) Final Screening

This is to inform all 2022/2023 newly admitted 100 and 200 (Direct Entry) Full-Time degree students that The final screening exercise for admission into the studentship of EKSU will be conducted by the Ekiti State University team as follows:

Date: Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th April 2023

Venue: BOT lecture theatre 

Time: 9:00am each day

In view of the above, each of the newly Admitted students is required to come to the venue of the screening with 3 file jackets. You are all advised to attend the final screening exercise punctually as failure will lead to forfeiture of your admission.

(1) photocopies in each of the remaining three (3) files,

The documents are:

  1. Application form
  2. Six (6) recent passport photographs
  3. Evidence of Payment of Acceptance fee, Development Levy and Portal Maintenance fee (Receipts) (Original 8 3 photocopies)
  4. Evidence of Payment of EACOED fee (Original & 3 photocopies)
  5. Senior School Certificate May/June (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) – (Original & 3 photocopies)
  6. Senior School Certificate November/December (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) – (Original & 3 photocopies)
  7. WASC/GCE O’level (Original & 3 photocopies)
  8. Secondary School Leaving Testimonial (Original & 3 photocopies)
  9. NCE for Direct Entry candidates (Original & 3 photocopies)
  10. EKSU Pre-Degree (if any) (Original & 3 photocopies)
  11. 2020 JAMB Result Print-out/Slip (Original & 3 photocopies)
  12. JAMB Admission Letter (Institution Copy) (Original & 3 photocopies)
  13. Birth certificate Declaration of Age (Original & 3 photocopies)
  14. Local Government Identification (Original & 3 photocopies)
  15. Reference Letters from either an Imam or a Pastor and a Senior Public/Civic servant- (Original & 3 photocopies)
  16. Scratch result Checking Cards (not paper) for O/L results by all candidates
  17. Payment for EMS prepare envelops by Direct Entry candidates only.
