LUTH School of Nursing Form for the 2022/2023 Session is still on sale. The form cost N10,000. The closing date isn’t specified.

Admission Requirements for LUTH School of Nursing
Applicant must have five (5) Credit level passes in SSCE (WASCE, NECO or GCE O/L) at not more than two sittings, which must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
How to Apply for LUTH School of Nursing Admission.
To apply for the application form please read the following guidelines carefully:
To apply for the program, go to https://luth.gov.ng/course/nursing, click on Apply and fill the details below with your correct details.
When done, click the Submit button and the system will create a login account for you. If successful, you will get a confirmation page with the information that the details of the account have be sent to your email.
You can either proceed to make a safe and secure payment through Remita by clicking the Make Payment button, selecting your preferred payment option and supplying requisite information/ Or you may close the confirmation page and go to your email to retrieve the details and return to login and following the steps outlined in the email to make your payment.
If your payment is successful, you payment status in your login page will be updated to PAID. You will then be able to upload any document due as per program requirements.

The deadline to apply for the LUTH School of Nursing Form is Six (6) weeks from the date of publication. The application was published on the 23rd of June 2022. Hence the closing date is Thursday 4th August 2022.

ANS: Just follow the detailed procedure above.
3. Can I go to Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) to purchase the form?
Answer: No, the application form is available only online.
4. Does school of nursing require jamb?
Ans: Yes. You need JAMB. It is also required for ONLY the School of Health Information Management (SHIM) and Federal School of Biomedical Engineering (FSBE)
5. Can I use combine results to apply?
Answer: Yes, you can, but for Health Information Management (SHIM), the combined results must be from the same examination body i.e NECO/NECO or SSCE/GCE
6. How can I reset my password?
Answer: Click on the Request new password link on the login page.
7. Can I pay the form fee to the bank?
Answer: Yes. Apart from using your Card you can also pay at the bank. You will need to go to the bank with Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) to pay at any Commercial or Micro-Finance bank branch. (You can print the RRR by clicking On: Make Payment =>Bank Branch=>Print Invoice)
8. When is the LUTH School of Nursing Entrance examination?
Answer: The examination date will be communicated to you via email.
9. How can I change the school I selected after paying the access fee but before buying the school application form?
Answer: Send an email to [email protected] stating the new school you wish to apply to.
