This young first-year teacher caused a sensation on social media for his clever teaching methods.

Educating and caring for children requires tremendous effort, but Fredrick Mensah, a Ghanaian teacher at Mankessim M/A ‘A’ Basic School, did it effortlessly.
The first-grade teacher also serves as the subject teacher for the fourth and fifth grades of Fangzi Primary School.
He uses teaching methods to make the school the first choice for students while letting them participate in classwork and allowing them to achieve excellent academic results.
Mensah recently introduced a stress-relieving approach in his method, namely, the “welcome to the class”. Before entering the class, he hugged, danced, shook hands, waved his hands, collided with his fists and legs, and was captured by the camera.

What inspired these methods? This video has been viewed more than 10 million times, showing that he and his students are connected in a warm way.
Mensah told Kuulpeeps that the teaching method was inspired by the proverb “All work, no play makes Jack a dull boy.”
With his ability to easily cause laughter, he realized that he could use his talents to help his students get more involved and ultimately improve their academic performance.
