We’ve got a juicy story here about a Nigerian man who’s threatening to dump his lady if she travels to Canada for a fully-funded scholarship.
Now, I don’t know about you, but this guy’s got some serious commitment issues. I mean, who in their right mind would let go of a woman just because she’s pursuing her dreams?
According to a tweet by @SummerOkibe, the lady in question was over the moon when she received the scholarship to study in Canada.
But her boyfriend was like, “Uh uh, no way. If you go, we’re done.” Talk about a major ultimatum!
Look, I get it. Long-distance relationships can be tough. But come on, dude. Let her spread her wings and fly! Who knows, maybe she’ll come back even more educated and successful, and you’ll be kicking yourself for not supporting her.
Now the perplexed is confused and doesn’t know what to choose.
