A social media user, Akaahan Miriam, recently sparked a conversation on Facebook after sharing an incident involving an unexpected handwritten note.
Miriam expressed astonishment at the audacity of a stranger who had delivered the note to her while she was at a library.
Miriam discovered the note when she opened one of the pages of her notebook. In the handwritten message, the stranger boldly inquired whether N1,500 would be sufficient payment for engaging in sexual intercourse with her. The note also included the stranger’s phone number.
Miriam, who prides herself as a responsible fellow, expressed anger that the stranger thought of her in that regard.
“…These people lack respect. I’m pained. “See how cheap it is “I’m saying cheap doesn’t mean, I say the money is small for me. “I try my best to look responsible and respect myself and he brought me down to olosho (prostituted) level.
