• Log into https://umcatc.edves.net/ and select the category of form you wish to apply for.

• Provide your details as required and you will be sent login credentials after submission.
• Login to the portal with the credentials sent to the provided mail/phone number.
• Take note of the Total Amount at the bottom of the landing page and pay same into the school account as displayed below
