UNN Cancels Post UTME Screening Exams 2023/2024 [UPDATED]

This is to inform prospective candidates and the general public that the University of Nigeria, Nsukka 2023/2024 Post- UTME Screening Exercise earlier slated to start from Tuesday, October 03, 2023 through Friday, October 18, 2023 will no longer hold.

The reconsideration by the Management to waive the Post- UTME Screening Test for 2023/2024 Academic Session was occasioned by the prevailing uncertainties and logistical implications of travelling down from various parts of the country at this challenging time.

Management has come up with the decision that for the 2023/2024 Academic Session, the Screening Exercise shall be by the assessment of verified JAMB UTME, O’ Level and Direct Entry results in place of Post-UTME Computer Based Test (CBT) examination. Any candidate who fails to upload the verified O’ Level results at JAMB CAPS in record time shall not be considered for admission.

Other details on the registration for the Screening on O’ Level and Direct Entry results at the UNN portal as already published in our Website remain as scheduled.

How to Reprint UNN Acknowledgment Slip

Though the dates on this page are accurate, candidates will be required by the school management to reprint their registration slips. Follow the procedure below to reprint your exam slip.

• UTME Candidates -> visit unnportal.unn.edu.ng/ScrenningApplication.aspx#
• DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES -> visit https://unnportal.unn.edu.ng/DEScrenningApplication.aspx
• Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the space provided
• Hit the Submit Button.
• You will see your exact date, time and venue on the slip. If you see upload in progress, don’t panic, just check it back after 1/2 days

Let’s proceed. The UNN Post UTME exam will hold in University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN Main Campus). In the campus, there will be two-venue for the exam. 

The names of the venues are; 

1. Nnamdi Azikiwe Library (this is a popular place in UNN. It’s located opposite UNN VC’s Office)
2. CENTER FOR DISTANCE e-learning. This is also located inside UNN main campus in Nsukka.

Now that we have shown you the exam venues, let’s show you the post utme timetable. In the timetable below, you will see score-range.

The score range means. “Students in that score range will write exam the same time and venue”.

NCDC PROTOCOLS: The University Administration will ensure that candidates adhere strictly to the prescribed NCDC protocols in order to ensure the safety of both staff and candidates during the screening exercise. Consequently, candidates must come with their face masks and hand sanitizers.
